Student Accounts
Student Accounts processes student financial transactions. We bill students for tuition and fees, housing, and meal plans. We receive payments and disburse financial aid funding. If you have financial aid, scholarships, or other funding that exceeds your charges, you will receive residual funds.
Summer 2025 Fee Payment Deadline
Summer 2025 fee payment deadline is May 23. Avoid late fees! Be sure you have paid your fees in full, or have a payment plan contract signed, no later than May 23. Check your Student Account Activity on WarriorWeb to confirm your bill is paid, or aid has been disbursed to pay your fees by May 23 and that aid previously disbursed has not been reduced.
